When Dell announced a new enhanced structure for channel partners on May 9 2011, Open Storage Solutions was immediately awarded premier status. The new structure for certified partners consists of two new levels — Premier Partners and Preferred Partners. The level of certification awarded is dependant on the level of engagement with Dell solutions and training. The new structure rewards expertise in the product range, education and training. The program helps partners like Open Storage Solutions attain long-term success and growth.
